I've had an interest in energy and healing for a lot of years!
Discovering Feng Shui in the 1980s, after divorce and finding myself as a single parent of three small children, I had already embarked on a spiritual journey, without really knowing it. Reiki changed my life in the 1990s. Seichem, 7 Facet Seichim and Karuna Reiki have been stops along the way, together with learning a great many healing modalities in a quest to support the healing of my own brush with cervical cancer.
These days, I find myself an International Teacher and Facilitator, Feng Shui expert, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation and AAMET certificated Advanced EFT practitioner. In the interests of sharing knowledge, I've also written a few things: "Feng Shui for Absolute Beginners", "Reiki Ryoho: A Practitioner's Manual", "How to Do EFT Tapping" and "EFT for Sciatica".
I proudly graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with First Class Honours in 2008. That was an interesting time - re-entering education at ... well ... let's say as a "mature student"! Lots of EFT tapping and a whole lot of Reiki!
