EFT, I do offer other therapies and workshops.
Under this section you will find some of those therapies and workshops listed, together with my take on them and a brief history of each.
The focus here is generally on fun -
Seichem, for example, is a fun modality, developed from
Reiki by Patrick Zeigler. In fact, at one point it was known as "Rebel Reiki"!
Gua Sha is less fun, but a highly effective Chinese modality whereby the skin is scraped with a special tool to release stuck chi from the system. Highly effective for chronic pain that's stuck in the physical body.
Energy Reprogramming is also a great therapy to shift those stubborn patterns of experience.
