EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping is a form of Acupressure where specific points on the face and upper body are stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips while tuning in to the condition. The meridian system can be compared to a great system of rivers. When one of the rivers is blocked, the others are all affected. This can result in anxiety, pain, stress symtoms and chronic physical and emotional conditions that seem to defy all medical treatment. By addressing the cause of such blocks by stimulating specific meridian points while tuning in to the problem, they can be released - sometimes remarkably quickly!
